Multi-branch operations platform
Two branches, two different accounting systems, and years of stock, quoting, and RFQ work scattered across spreadsheets. We built one platform that reconciles both — and kept extending it into executive reporting and rep management.
Staff platform, customer portal & production monitoring
What started as a single internal tool became three systems: a staff platform for dozens of employees, a B2B customer portal wired directly into an ERP, and a computer vision system that watches the production line.
Storefront, inventory & auction platform
A business running since 2006 on a dated template site now runs on a full storefront, inventory sync, and payments platform — plus a second, standalone auction marketplace built on the same foundations.

A camera watches a chokepoint on a furniture manufacturer's factory floor, identifies every piece that passes, and updates the ERP stock position automatically — no barcode scanning, no manual entry.
Reading aircraft manuals so engineers don't have to
AeroDesk uses AI to extract structured maintenance schedules directly from aircraft manuals — turning an 80-page document into a reviewable, structured dataset in one pass, for aviation maintenance organisations working under SACAA Part 145.
